The Norman Station Conservation Club presents the best of Indiana Bluegrass at its annual outdoor Spring Bluegrass Festival Friday, May 20 through Sunday, May 22. Twenty-two Bluegrass and gospel bands will be performing over the 3-day weekend from 4-9PM Friday and 11AM –9PM Saturday. Church service with David Fisher begins at 11AM Sunday followed by more Bluegrass from 12-4 PM.
Campsites are available on the club’s 31⁄2-acre lake. Call Ron Sage at 812-869-0850 for a reservation.
For early camping arrivals & others, a pitch-in Bean Supper will be held at the main shelter house at 6 PM on Thursday, May 19th. Good food catered by Bruce Goben will be provided for the duration of the festival. Bring lawn chairs, your family & friends and plan on a great weekend.
The club is located 41⁄2 miles north of Hwy 50 from the Leesville/Ft. Ritner turn-off (Norman Road or 1250W) then 1/10 mile east on 45N OR 3⁄4 mile south of Hwy 58 at Norman Station stop sign then 1/10 mile east on 450N.
