An Austin woman was arrested Friday on a prescription drug charge. Indiana State Police with the assistance of the Scott County Probation office, arrested Pammie Wilson, 36, of 1175 Clay Street. She was taken into custody at her residence without incident on a warrant from Scott Superior Court. The warrant was for prescription drug related charges.
The Indiana State Police began an investigation on June 12, 2009, after receiving information from a pharmacist in Scott County that Pammie Wilson was obtaining unauthorized Suboxone, a Schedule Three Controlled Substance, without a doctor’s authorization.
Wilson was arrested for restricted behavior concerning a legend drug and possession of a schedule 3 controlled substance and incarcerated in the Scott County Jail.
