While patrolling the streets of Austin in mid-December, Indiana State Police troopers talked with Paul W. Turner of DeHart Drive while he was walking on Rural Street.
During their conversation police determined that Turner was in possession of several pills for which he did not have a prescription.
Police charged Turner with dealing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of marijuana
He was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
