Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested Roy J. Marlow, 20, 204 Red Oak Way, in Austin Friday morning for the alleged battery of his 11-week-old infant daughter.
Detectives from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg began an investigation earlier in the month after being alerted by the Scott County Division of Family and Children about injuries that were found on an eleven week old infant that was being seen at the Scott County Memorial Hospital diagnosed with a fractured skull.
After the investigation was completed it was turned over to the Scott County Prosecutor, Jason Mount for formal charges. Roy J. Marlow was arrested on an arrest warrant out of the Scott County Circuit Court for two counts of Battery and Neglect.
Marlow was incarcerated in the Scott County .
