Crothersville’s Hamacher Hall’s annual Arts in the ‘Ville, will begin this Saturday, April 16, where area artisans and crafters have an opportunity to show and sell their creations, and those attending have an opportunity to browse and buy them. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tables for vendors are available, while they last, for $10, and complimentary rolls and drinks will be provided for vendors. Food will be sold throughout the event.
A History Dinner Theater will be presented next Friday evening, April 22, opening at 6 p.m. Cost of the evening’s entertainment is $15 each, and $10 for children 10 and under.
Those attending will be treated to fried chicken and other delicious menu items, sketches of local history, and musical selections.
Hamacher Hall, located at 211 East Howard Street, now has a ramp for greater accessibility.

Arts In The ‘Ville events are sponsored by the Crothersville Historical and Cultural Arts Association, which exists to promote interest in and study of Crothersville area history and participation and enjoyment of the performing arts. All funds raised are used for improvements and maintenance for Hamacher Hall and the Annex building. Donations are welcome, and are tax-deductible.
