TOWN OF CROTHERSVILLE
ORDINANCE NUMBER: 2011-9
ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING “NO PARKING” ON INDUSTRIAL WAY
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Town of Crothersville Town Council to prescribe rules and regulations for the health, safety and welfare of Crothersville, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Crothersville Town Council believes that due to the industrial nature and types of vehicles that use Industrial Way that a portion of Industrial Way should be designated “No Parking”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THAT the entire portion of Industrial Way which lies west of the railroad tracks to the end of Industrial Way shall be designated “No Parking”. All penalties and enforcement procedures available under the Traffic Regulations of the Town of Crothersville, Indiana shall apply to said area.
See §70.30 and §70.98 for penalties.
Adopted by the Town of Crothersville, State of Indiana on the 6th of December, 2011. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately after notice and publication, as prescribed by statute, are satisfied.
