The Crothersville Lions Club and the Crothersville Town Players will host “Christmas in the ‘Ville” this Saturday, December 3.
The Crothersville community is invited to gather at Hamacher Hall, 207 East Howard Street, for Cookies and Carols at 5:30 p.m. for refreshments and to sing traditional carols. At 6:30 p.m., Santa will arrive at the Stoplight Corner for the lighting of the Christmas tree and will award four $25 gift certificates for Tanner’s Market.
“I want to emphasize that this is a joint effort of both groups, and hopefully the beginning of greater cooperative efforts to prepare and promote events in this community,” said Brenda Holzworth, Crothersville Town Players president and Crothersville Lions secretary.
