Do you struggle with knowing what to eat or how to prepare healthy meals for yourself or your family? This program might be for you. This is a six-session program focused on nutrition and preparing foods. It will include a session on cooking with an air fryer and using an instant pot.

The Purdue Extension – Scott County office will be offering the Nutrition Made Easy Program beginning Wednesday, Sept. 16 from noon to 2 p.m. at Grace Covenant Church, located at 75 W Main Street in Austin. Nutrition Made Easy is a series of Six sessions focusing on nutrition and preparing healthy foods. 

The sessions will be on Wednesdays, Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, 14, and 21.  All sessions will begin at noon and will run for about two hours. This program is free to anyone that would like to attend.  

Participants will receive a meal kit each week with a recipe and ingredients to make it.  If participants attend at least five of the six sessions, they will receive an air fryer at the last session.
