Notice is hereby given that on July 8, 2026, Petitioners Juan Sebastian Francisco and Mariela Diego Gaspar have filed a petition to change the name of their minor child from Mateo Sebastian Gaspar to Mateo Sebastian Diego, in the Jackson County Superior Court #2. A hearing on this matter has been set for October 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file objections to the name change.
