A rural Crothersville man was charged with dealing methamphetamine and other drug charges after police raided his property Friday, March 7.

Timothy C. O’Sullivan, 42 of the 3600 block of S 1200 E faces felony charges of dealing methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drug with a prior dealing conviction, possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

O’Sullivan has had drug dealing convictions going back to 2018.

Also arrested on O’Sullivan’s property were Joshua S. Morris, 44, and Amanda Sue Peacock, 43. The pair were staying in a camper on the property. They were charged with dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana, and maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of methamphetamine.

According to Crothersville Police Officer Zach Elliott, CPD officers, Seymour Police officers, and Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies were serving a search warrant signed by Jackson Circuit Court Judge Richard Poynter at the O’Sullivan residence.

O’Sullivan was found inside a locked garage. Searching the garage authorities found various corner baggies and bags with off-white rocklike substance that field tested positive as methamphetamine and fentanyl, according to the probable cause affidavit. The drugs located weighed 18 grams. Also located with a digital scale with meth residue.

Various glass smoking pipes and prescription pills amoxicillin used to treat bacterial infections were logged into evidence.

Morris and Peacock were found in a camper on the property. In the camper police found a glass pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine, and two bags weighing 1.71 pound of marijuana.

O’Sullivan was booked into jail at 12:22 p.m. and remains in custody.

Morris was booked into jail at 12:07 p.m. on Mar. 7 and was released at 12:38 a.m. Mar. 14 after posting a $1,505 bond.

Peacock was booked into Jackson County Jail at 12:38 p.m. on Mar. 7 and was released at 1:38 p.m. Mar. 12 after posting a $2,005 bond.

However, both Morris and Peacock were re-booked into jail by Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies in the early morning hours of Saturday, Mar.15, and now each face additional charges of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
