The City of Austin will observe trick or treat on Halloween, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m.
The Town of Crothersville will have trick or treat from 6-9 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The City of Scottsburg will be having trick or treat from 6-8 on Oct. 31.
It is recommended that residents who wish to pass out candy turn on their porch lights to welcome youngsters.
