AND CHARGES RELATING TO UNMETERED SEWER USERS
FOR THE TOWN OF CROTHERSVILLE, INDIANA
Taxpayers, property owners, and other interested parties in the Town of Crothersville, Indiana (“Town”) are hereby notified that the Town Council adopted an ordinance amending the rates and charges relating to unmetered sewer users. The effective date of the ordinance is April 6, 2021.
ORDINANCE NO. 2021 – 2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF CROTHERSVILLE AMENDING THE RATES AND CHARGES RELATING TO UNMETERED SEWER USERS
WHEREAS, the Town of Crothersville, Indiana (“Town”) has established, constructed and financed a municipal sewer works in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code 8-1.5-3, as amended (the “Act”), for the purpose of providing for the collection and treatment of sanitary wastes in and around the Town; and
WHEREAS, the current schedule of rates and charges for the sewer works relating to unmetered sewer users is set forth in an ordinance adopted and implemented by the Town Council (the “Prior Ordinance”).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF CROTHERSVILLE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The rates and charges as set forth in the Prior Ordinance (“Prior Rates and Charges”) are hereby amended and restated as to unmetered sewer users as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, “Amended Rates and Charges”), and the Amended Rates and Charges are hereby adopted.
Section 2.This ordinance shall be in full force as soon as practicable after public hearing, passage, and public notice by the Town Council.
Section 3. The rates and charges set forth in Exhibit A shall take as soon as practicable upon passage of this Ordinance.
Section 4.All ordinances and parts of ordinances, including the Prior Ordinance, that conflict with the provisions contained herein are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL this 6th day of April, 2021.

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of March 2021, the Austin Redevelopment Commission voted to support the consideration of a Residential Housing TIF Area within the City of Austin, Scott County, Indiana. The substance of the action was to support completion of the initial actions required prior to the consideration of a Declaratory Resolution to establish a Residential Housing TIF program in the City of Austin by I.C. 36-7-14-53(d).
