A routine probation check resulted in two drug related arrests in Scottsburg last Wednesday, Oct. 30.
An Indiana State Police trooper and a probation officer from the Scott County Probation Department paid a routine probation visit to Eric Sizemore at his residence at 300 North Gardner Street, (US 31) Apartment #111, in Scottsburg.
When the trooper and probation officer entered the apartment they immediately noticed items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Both people in the residence were placed in custody.
Eric Sizemore, 30, was charged with dealing in methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a hypodermic syringe.
Darion Allen was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.
Sizemore and Allen were incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
