Indiana State Police Sgt. Jerry Goodin said that Seth Schneck, 36, of North Slab Road was charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Goodin said ISP Trooper Matt Busick obtained information that Schneck was was headed to an address on Larry Lane in Scottsburg with a large amount of crystal methamphetamine.

Busick located Seth Schneck in a maroon 2002 Toyota passenger car stopped at a residence on Larry Lane in Scottsburg. Busick reported as he approached the driver’s side he saw in an open cigarette box containing what was believed to be methamphetamine. Later testing determined that there was 15.9 grams of meth in Schneck’s vehicle, Goodin said. Schneck was placed under arrest and transported to the Scott County Jail where he was incarcerated.

The approximate street value of the seized Crystal Methamphetamine is $1,600, Goodin said.
