CHS Art Students Create Patriotic Mural For VFW

Students from Crothersville Jr./Sr. High School art classes designed and produced a patriotic mural for the Lewis-Schill Post 1083, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Crothersville.
The mural depicts the famous flag raising at Iwo Jima on a star background. Inset at the points of the star are representations of each of the five branches of the armed services: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy.
Shown in the photo presenting the mural to the local VFW are CHS art students Jared Davis and MiMi Manoopun, VFW manager Gina Lee, and CHS art teacher Adam Robinson.
