PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE UNDER THE MASTER PLAN ZONING ORDINANCE OF JACKSON COUNTY, INDIANA
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Jackson County, on the 12th day of August, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. EST at the Courthouse Annex located at 220 E Walnut St., Brownstown, Indiana, will conduct a Public Hearing upon a Petition for a Variance under the Master Plan Zoning Ordinance of Jackson County, Indiana.
Interested persons may appear in person or by counsel, to present their views upon the proposed Variance. Written suggestions or objections to this Variance may be filed with the Secretary of the County Plan Commission at, or before the hearing and will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The hearing may be continued from time to time as the Commission may deem necessary.
A copy of the Petition of the Variance is on file in the office of the Secretary of the County Plan Commission Office, Brownstown, Indiana, for public examination. 812-358-6108.
The Variance is a request for set back of 30 feet instead of the required 50 feet for construction of a 30×48 ft. pole bldg.
This request is made by Jeff Blair in Grassy Fork Township, more fully described as Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 5 East.

Pursuant to I.C. 29-1-7-7, notice is hereby given that Georgiann Coons and Joyce Rucker were on the 25th day of June, 2008, appointed Personal Representatives of the Estate of Georgia R. Hunley, deceased. who died testate on the 20th day of May, 2008.
All persons having claims against this estate whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the clerk of this court within three (3) months from the date of first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, which ever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
