During the recent Crothersville Post Office Food Drive nearly 3,100 pounds of canned goods and non-perishable food items were contributed by the community through the efforts of local postal workers.
“I want to thank everyone who helped make this year’s food drive a success,” said Crothersville Postmaster Carolyn King. “Our local carrier Justin Herndon did a great job of spearheading the food drive.”
The over a ton and a half of food was delivered to the Crothersville Food Pantry to be distributed to the area’s needy.
