Trick or Treat Night Friday
The Town of Crothersville will be observing trick or treat night this Friday, Oct. 30, from 6-8 p.m.
Residents welcoming trick or treaters should have their front porch lights turned on.
Likewise, youngsters should only go to homes with front porch lights illuminated.
All trick or treaters should be accompanied by their parents.
CARD Passing Out Treats Friday At Stoplight
CARD (Crothersville Area Revitalization and Development) will again participate in this year’s Trick or Treat Night for Crothersville area children.
CARD members will be handing out treats at the stoplight corner in Crothersville this Friday, October 30, from 6 to 8 p.m.
For safe trick-or-treating, children need to be accompanied by adults.
Fall Carnival At Fire Dept.
An evening of family fun is planned during the Crothersville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary Fall Carnival on Saturday, October 31 at the Crothersville Fire Station.
Events will begin at 6 p.m. with games, concessions, and a costume contest at 7 p.m. Admission for kids will be $5 and parents will be admitted free.
Children must be accompanied by parents throughout the evening.

Halloween Dance At VFW
VFW Post 1083 in Crothersville will be holding a Halloween Dance on Saturday October 31, from 8 p.m. to midnight. The featured band will be Canyon Wolf Band. Costumes are optional.
The public is invited to attend.
Fall Fest At Uniontown Baptist
Uniontown Baptist Church will host their annual Fall Fest on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6-8:30 p.m.
“It is an alternative event to the usual Halloween traditions. Our goal is to provide children with a safe and fun evening,” said spokesperson Kim Johnson.
Activities include, trunk-n-treat, bouncy castle, hayrides, games, face painting, and coloring.
Also there will be hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, hot chocolate, cookies and cupcakes served in the basement. All youngsters are invited to join in the free fun-filled evening.
