September is National Library Card Signup Month and the Jackson County Public Library is giving away sixteen $10 Seymour Chamber of Commerce Chamber Bucks certificates, courtesy of the Friends of the Library, to celebrate. Library staff will be at participating Seymour Chamber of Commerce businesses between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to surprise individuals who are able to show their library card on Mondays, September 14, 21, and 28.
