The Norman Station Conservation Club presents the best of Indiana Bluegrass at its annual outdoor Fall Bluegrass Festival this Friday, September 17 through Sunday, September 19. Scheduled to perform are 23 bands over the 3-day weekend from 4-9 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. -9 p.m. Saturday. Church service with David Fisher begins at 11 a.m. Sunday followed by more Bluegrass from noon to 4 p.m.. The event is open and free to the public.
A few campsites are still available on the club’s 3 1/2-acre lake. Call Ron Sage at 812-869-0850 for reservation.
For early camping arrivals & others, a pitch-in Bean Supper will be held at the main shelter house at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 16. Good food provided by the Norman Community Church will be served for the duration of the festival. Bring lawn chairs, your family & friends and plan on a great weekend.
The club is located south of Hwy 58 at Norman Station stop sign then 1/10 mile east on 450N. Watch for signs.
