Members of the Crothersville FFA Chapter traveled to Scottsburg High School on Saturday, March 9, to participate in the District XI Leadership Contests. These contests center around speaking and leadership skills. Crothersville members competed against fifteen other FFA chapters from across Southern Indiana. First place winners will participate in the state contest this June at Indiana FFA State Convention at Purdue University.

Those participating from Crothersville were (front) Jacoby Gillis, first place in Crop Production Placement Proficiency and also competed in the essay contest; Kaitlyn Hoevener, first place in Multi-media Scrapbook , second place in Plant and Soil Science demonstration, and participated in the Job Interview contest; Madison Isenhower, second place in Traditional Scrapbook and participated in the Food Science Demonstration.
