Judith Montgomery will entertain with a concert of gospel and patriotic songs from 5-6 P.M., when CARD (Crothersville Area Revitalization and Development) hosts its Soup Supper at the Crothersville Fire Station this Saturday, September 12, from 4 to 7 P.M.
Judith is from Shoals, and is well-known throughout Indiana and neighboring states, singing at special events, festivals, and other functions. Her CD’s and tapes may be purchased at the event.
In addition to the concert, those attending will enjoy potato soup and crackers, hot dog or coney dog, chips, drink, and dessert, all for $5, or $3 for children 5 and under. Individual items will also be available for purchase.
At 4:30 p.m., Crothersville’s Biggest Loser will be announced. Throughout the evening, chances will be sold for an assortment of Sesquicentennial souvenirs and other selected items, with winners to be announced at 6:45 P M. Chances may be purchased for $1 each, or 6 for $5.
Funds are administered by the Community Foundation of Jackson County. All Funds will be used for various projects undertaken by CARD in its efforts to improve the Crothersville community.
